Hi, I'm Leanda Gardner. With extensive experience as a class teacher, SENCO and school leader, I know how heavy the burden of being an educator is right now. I have spent years educating in schools (both mainstream and specialist provision) and managing complex educational environments. With years of leading wellbeing in school, I understand the strains of modern day education.

 

I founded Mindfulness Minds to bridge the gap between mental well-being and the realities of a busy school day. I don't teach abstract theories. I deliver practical, peer to peer resilience strategies that respect your teachers' time and directly protect your workforce.
